Disable Hibernate after 18 hours?

I have SBS2008 on a T610 server and by default it sets all Windows 7 Pro clients in the domain to hibernate after 18 hours. How do I disable this at the server? The client workstations have the Power option disabled - it is set through the GP or somewhere else on the server, but I cannot find it.
