Installing Centos 7 On Dell Power edge 3
I am trying to install Centos 7 On Dell Power edge G3 , with BIOS 1.1.0. However the installation hangs in between. I guess the BIOS needs to be updated.
Please let me know the following
1) Does Power edge 3 supports Centos 7 ? If yes which BIOS I need to update.
2) What BIOS version I need to update ?
3) What are the steps for updating BIOS?

its G3, BIOS 1.1.0. I want to update to 2.7.0. Centos 7.0 is getting installed on 1950 , I believe that it will be installed on 2950 as well.
I tried updating using the iso file on Dell website and allowed it to run for 24 hours but nothing happened.
Please let me know how to update the BIOS.
