No Local Administrator Account!!!

Hi All,

I had recently rebuilt my server 2003 x64 in my Dell Power Edge R300.

i wasn't prompted to create any local administrator account to access the server instead initially it loaded without the password with organisation name.

Now i had joined a domain, then i had reset the computer object in the domain, after that i have to rejoin the domain again  but when i try to logon the local administrator account it doesn't without the password or i don't remember being prompted for a password..... 

Through some source i came to know that AutoLogon would be enabled!! i dont know to what extent its true...
