PE2650 Hibernation Wakes at 12:02 and 5:12 no matter what

Problem: 2 PE2650's wake from hibernation at a specific time that I have not planned.

They wake even if the NICs are disabled. One wakes at 12:02AM and the other wakes at 5:12AM

This happens everyday at their specific time if they are hibernating.

This happens at the same time of day even if I change the system clock to a different time!

The Setting: I have two PE2650s running S2k3. I am using them as back up systems in case our main system wont start or has a failure.

The Data backup only takes about 15 minutes so I'd prefer they were powered down the other 23.75 hours of the day

In power settings they are set to Hibernate. The NIC is set to WOL with magic packets. The primary system runs a batch file at a scheduled time

that wakes them up, starts the copy process, at the end of the process they are sent back into Hibernation.  Everything workes fine except for this wake up situation.

For now I have disabled the hibernation and have the batch file just shut them down. But this requires someone to manually go back and start them and the batch file.

I'd really like for this to be fully automated.
