T100 not booting, goes directly to standby
We recently bought a poweredge t100 with no OS. Every time we turn it on it goes straight to standby. We can't open the CD tray, there's nothing on the monitor, we can't do anything. Does anybody know what's going on?

Open it up and reseat all components and cables. Something may have come dislodged during transit.

That didn't work. I still get the same problem, a blinking standby light.
