Windows 2008 MD3200

I have 2 Windows 2008 R610's plugged into a MD3200 via 2 DAS Cables per server, I have configured the array to RAID10 on the MD3200, my question is do I set the volume up in Windows disk management as a simple volume or a dynamic volume and can both servers hold the volume at the same time.
