ubuntu freezes when installing from remote console in R620
We are installing ubuntu 14.04 Desktop 64 bits in a R620 server.
We are mapping the iso in the Virtual Media/Connect virtual media menu in the remote console.
Then when the system boots from the ubuntu dvd, the installation screen appears but the mouse doesn't work and we can't select any option neither with mouse nor with keyboard.
Could you help us?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I'll try installing not in "remote" but in ".local" -> Does the mouse still not work in the virtual console?
