Question about EMCPower.HPUX.5..0.1.HotFix2.b200

Getting re-introduced to powerpath after 3 years away from it. We have EMCPower.HPUX.5.0.1.HotFix2.b200 tar file. The associated ReadMe.txt file says : "PowerPath 5.0.0 (which is what we are running on HP-UX 11i V1.0) AND 5.0.1 patch must be installed before you install this hotfix".

How do we determine if the previous server admin for this hp-ux box installed the 5.0.1 patch?

Thanks very much!

The PowerPath Hotfix would not have installed as there are pre-install checks performed.

That confirms the PowerPath 5.0.1 patch is installed

i am not sure if the confirmation came up after looking the build number. But you can do a product and list both main and patch should be listed if installed.

EMCpower HP.5.1.0_b160 PowerPath PA-RISC
EMCpower_patch511 HP.5.1.1_b019 PowerPath PA-RISC patch 5.1.1

I don't understand. Do a product list? How? Thanks for the feedback!
