AIC-7890 with Win 2000 Server and PV 100T - PLS HELP

I desperately need help on this baffling issue:

 

I have a PowerEdge 6350 (Quad CPU) with a AIC-7890 SCSI Card, AIC-7860 Card (for internal NEC CDROM) and a MegaTrends RAID.

 

I am using a Dell 100T DAT DDS4 drive.  I upgraded the system to Windows 2000 Server.

 

I see the AIC-7890 showing the ARCHIVE Python Drive (the Dell PV 100T DDS4) drive when the server is booting up.

 

However,  I do not see the tape drive under Windows 2000!!!  I am at wits end.  I see the driver that Windows 2000 loaded for the AIC-7890.  I tried a NT4 driver from Dell.  I tried other driver but all to no avail.

 

I just do not see the 100T DDS4 drive under Windows.  I need to get this server back into production. 

 

Help... anyone...
