Administrator password

Hello Team, I have a power vault MD3200 with a forgotten administrator password so it is impossible to administer support to the controller change we just implemented and also replacing the disks in the array is now impossible without the admin password

Could you confirm if you set the password, or could it still be the default password supportdell, as seen on the page here? If not and the documentation and reset button doesn't work, then you may need to call in. We normally can't assist in circumventing device security beyond what is provided.
