Dell PowerVault TL4000 user/admin account
The selected User ID Account is locked due to too many failed login tries. Admin/user/superuser passkey is not accepted.

Hello xanderham8,
What you can do is from the OCP you can go to the Configure menuRestore Default menuRestore PSWD. This will reset all passwords on the system and then you should be able to login using Admin secure. Once into the system then you can change the password to something else.
