Moving MD1000 to new server
I have a MD1000 w/ split config.
one volume is connected to a R710 PERC 6/e
The other is connected to a PE 2950 w/ PERC 6.
The 2950 will not boot, possible HW issue
Can I connect the second RAID connection to the 710 with out data loss? Import foriegn config?

You shouldn't have an issue if the driver and firmware on both controller are at the same level. Do you have a backup of the data? As this is not a supported process and we cannot guarantee that it will go smooth.
