Please i need to know if the following device S.T: Removed by moderator is support for tapes LTO5 or not .

from that service tag its got an lto4 in it so no

Hello faisal alshobaki,
Looking at your service tag it looks like your PV114X was shipped with an LTO4 drive. If you are wanting to use LTO5 media, then you will need to get an LTO5 drive. You can get an LTO5 drive and insert it into your PV114X in the second bay if it is still free,
