Recieved our NF600

That was configured with window 2003 storage server (r2) at Dell.

We asked for the 8 TB  to have an OS partition of 40 GB and the rest to be RAID 5.

Upon starting Storage server, we found that there are the OS drive (40GB) and 4 drives created on the NF600, each around 1.71 TB.

Is this standard storage server configuration? Is there any reason the Raid 5 array was divided up this way (into 4 drives instead of 1)? OR is this Dell's policy?

My impression was that there would be the OS partition but that the remaining space would be one large drive (around 6.5 TB)

Can anyone at Dell or on the board lend assistance?

Thanks
