TL2000 Administrative Interfaces

We have a TL2000 at one of our client locations which seems to be having issues with the web interface staying online.  I believe this to be related to their security scanning which is causing the http application on there to crash.  So I have 2 questions about this as this site is thousands of miles away and not easily accessible.

1.  Are there other means to remote manage the device, SSH/telnet?  Nothing I do seems to connect.

2.  Is there some means within the unit to auto restart the web server application on failure?

Hello AdamBr,

You can manage a TL2000 via the management interface or the front panel.  There is not a way to manage your TL2000 via SSH or telent.

The only way to restart the web service is to reboot the TL2000 or use the Operator control panel on the front of your TL2000.
