dellr320

I have a problem with Dell R320, dell has two network cards one we assigned for the internet and the others for cameras connection but the one which is for cameras have two network address tagged together ex. 192.168.0.4 and 192.168.10.2 the only issue is why 192.168.10.2 can not ping any IP address of the same range and sometimes cannot ping only two computers with IP address of 192.168.10.x. This is totally misbehaving I have tried and tried but today will work tomorrow will not while others they are still communicating.

Hello Adam02,

I'm sorry to see the R320 stops being able to ping.

Is this something that was working and now is not working or is it an initial configuration?

What is the host OS?

Are the firmware and drivers up to date on the R320?

I see you posted in PowerVault section. Are you attaching storage and if so what model?

Hi @Adam02,

If it was working before, there might be some configuration changes or conflicts which might not known of. Try updating the firmware of the cards and also the server's iDRAC/LCC and BIOS to check if it helps the issue. How about, do you have additional similar network card to swap out, to isolate the issue.
