The MD3200 has raid controllers in it (in your case just 1). Therefor, you cannot connect to it with another raid controller; you have to connect with a regular SAS controller (the SAS6E to be more precise).
The H800 adapter is for connecting (directly) to an MD1200 or MD1220 (with is just a disk enclosure without a raid controller, so it needs a raid controller to connect it to (this could be an MD3200 or an H800 (inside a server)).
Thx DEV MGR, it’s an explanation for everything. One more q: can use/config this adapter as a simple adapter? So can I disable raid controller function?
You can't disable the raid functionality on the PERC cards (on some of the older servers with the raid controller integrated on the motherboard (Dell doesn't do this anymore (they use a dedicated slot for the PERC adapters now)) you could select PERC or SCSI, but that is no longer the case).
I suggest you return the cards if you still can and have Dell swap them for (cheaper (usually)) SAS6E adapters.
