upgrade my windows storage 2008 standard to windows storage 2012 in my Power vault NX3100 II?
can it be done? drivers i have found in dell site is only for windows 2008.

Hello jjec2013,
With the NX3100 it was sold as a solution that would run Windows Storage server 2008. As you have seen on the site that the only drivers and updates is for 2008. Now although it has not been tested with 2012 it should work. Now if you are going to have to create your own custom iso to install all the drivers that are needed for 2012. Now the NX3100 is a R510 server & either an MD1200 or MD1220 attached & there are drivers for the R510 server for 2012.
