have you tried with a different cable / different video out port ?
Yes and even different display it happens with some apps not all like messenger, bravo browser, and more
still under warranty but the support never helped me with anything every time I call for somthing they start with will you be back to uk, so I wanted to try the community for a change.
So let me recap :
windows itself has no image issues, but some programs do. And I imagine the applications showing the graphic issue use more the gpu and its ram.
Feels an hw issue of the gpu. Maybe try this
can stress test the gpu and also analyze the gpu ram for hw issues
