DELL Command Config Command Line Invalid 7390

So, I would like to shut out the smart card int he BIOS of my 7390. I have Command Config 4.0.  I am trying touse the --SmartCardReader option, but it says it isnt valid.  WHen I look at the help, it is not listed.

--SmartCardReader Valid Argument Enabled, Disabled Description Enables or disables the smart card reader.

Can someone please tell me why it isnt valid?  I looked in the powershell cmdlets and couldnt fine it either.
