Dell 3660 - 125W Tower and rattling fans

Hi,

currently i have 3 of these Precision Models with i7-12700 and i7-12700k CPU´s.
Under no Load usage (Windows Desktop, Work or Outlook) the 120mm CPU  FAN has a rattling noise.
it´s comming from the FAN (i removed the FAN connector for testing).

Has anyone changed these 120mm FAN for a quieter FAN (mabye Noctua oder bequiet)?

Would an antminer FAN emulatore work, if these are modded to the required base PWM/rpm rate?
