Precision t3420 SFF - Shocks

Hi, I just got a precision t3430 SFF workstation. I get electric shocks when I touch any metallic surface connected to my precision t3420 SFF workstation. Even my iPhone and MacBook shocks when connected to my workstation or it’s monitor. I have to wear a slippers when I use this system and anyone who touches me when I am on it gets shocked. What do I do?, ground the workstation or what, because I am due to use this with a delicate hardware and don’t want static shocks or whatever to damage this hardware. Help me urgently. Thanks Michael
