T3500 doesn't work properly.
I have a problem with T3500. It's doesn't start sometimes beeping (1-3-2). Then I have to wait some time and start it, then it would start, but not certain. I think it's related to memory problems, but I'm not sure what exactly the problem is. Even if it started eventually, it throws memory slot error(slot number varies on every start) and the memory size will be reduced. I installed 6 * 4G RAMs on it but the final size varies on every start, so sometimes it's 16GB, and 8GB, 4GB. When I open AIDA engineer, it displays all the 6 RAMs but my OS system(windows 10 pro) only recognized as the reduced size.
this is my memory setting from AIDA.

Older Dell's can be more finicky about RAM, and it looks like there's sort of a mix there.
You may need to make sure all of your RAM is the same brand and speed. Same size capacity you have covered.
So 3 of your chips are Kingston. One option is to make sure the rest are Kingston, but not KVR (Kingston Value Ram). KVR rarely works in Dell's.
One of your chips is 1333MHz, and the rest are 1600MHz. In this case, your T3500 could be running all of the RAM at the slower speed.
One thing to try is remove all of the chips, power on and see if you get the same error. Insert chips one at a time, powering on in between, and see if the fault repeats itself. You may have faulty RAM. I'd start with the 3 Kingston chips that are the same. Remember to unplug power anytime working on the MB.
Crucial RAM comes highly recommended. It's guaranteed to work in Dell's and has a lifetime warranty. I needed to save a little $, so I use A-Tech, which also has a lifetime warranty. A couple of tips there in case you decide to change all of your RAM.
One of our Rockstars, besides having a Dell laptop, has a home-built Asus. He can use 2 different brands of RAM in it as long as they're not mixed. It isn't just Dell's that can be finicky like that.
