T3610 workstation not enough SATA power connectors?

I have a T3610 and it only seems to have the two sata power connectors going to the drive bays. There is also a cable going to the dvd drive, but it is proprietary.

I need to connect a total of 4 drives 2 spinners and 2 ssd.

I can mount the 2 SSDs in the same spot at the dvd drive and there are plenty sata data connectors, but I cannot find any more power connectors.

Are the power connectors hidden somehow and I just need to get them out or do I need to get a sata power splutter? Also, the 3610 also has a second PCIe 6-pin connector that I don't need. Can I get a PCIe to Sata power adapter?

Your best bet is with the sata power splitter like so...710F3W9dlhL._SL1500_.jpgOnly $6 on amazon

You wont be able to get sata power from the pcie connectors as they are 12v only and most hdd/ssd's do require a 5v and/or 3.3v circuit as well.

Thanks, I bought the exact cable pictured. Link

I did find that the optical drive cable did have a SATA connector tucked away.

I found this video for mounting an extra drive https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TIGP_NUfRU

It is for a 5810, but it is exactly the same as the 3610.

Still disappointing that dell did not provide extra power ports, but now I have plenty.
