I have a Precision 3510 and I am trying to update to an EGPU.
I can buy this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XKKSNTS?tag=laptop-magazine-20 and I have a https://www.amazon.co.uk/PNY-Quadro-Nvidia-Graphics-GDDR5/dp/B003Y3TPKQ allready.
I am confused because I dont think that I have an USB-C(there is nothing on the left side, all pictures of other have on the left side an USB-C)
Can I make the upgrade?
Not all 3510 systems shipped with USB-C so if you don't have the connector that would be the reason why. If you send me a PM with your service tag I can double check for you.
<Service Tag removed>
It has the thunderbold 3 firmwhire but I think it showed after I udpated my bios.
I saw that there is another way to it by the PCI Express, a bit slower but I would like it to be a more office like solution through the USB-C
Is there a way to upgrade to a USB-C, just asking:)
Thanks for all your help.

Sorry to ask you this way, but I do not know how to contact someone to help me.
I can not update the thunderbolt firmware of my Precision 3510. I currently have version 15.0 installed.
I downloaded version 4.26.10.001, A07, https://www.dell.com/support/home/es/es/esbsdt1/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=4CCY9
but it is not installed. I've also tried it from the Dell Command update app. This detects that the firmware update is required, the download, but gives an error in the auto installation.
I do not know what to do ... I hope you can help me. I've been stuck for a week with this. I want to use an eGPU, but it does not work and I think it may be because of this.
