Charger Problem? Dell Precision M6500 (Argentina)

Hello there to everyone who read this. 😄

I bought a new motherboard (this one M6500 VN3TR DA0XM2MBAG1 0VN3TR CN-0VN3TR), have the battery on mi notebook, but when I bought also my charger and even if Voltages and Amper are the same (210 w 19,5 v 10.8a) my notebook seems to not charging my battery. Even if I start windows with battery and then pluging in, nothing changes, no charge... i bought this one (https://es.aliexpress.com/item/32815383176.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.740d63c0thqF7N)...

I got the wrong charger? because in other places, I see another charger for M6500... help pls

The charger you bought was not a Dell charger.

It will not charge the battery.

You need a Dell PA-7E.

I check my charger, says "PA-7E family"... so... the problem must be somewhere else... the motherboard is new... or the charger is broken... or i dont know... :S

It doesn't matter what it says. You do not have a genuine Dell charger.
