DELL PRECISION M6800 stuck at Sending Intel ME firmware update.

Could you please advise what should I do when my BIOS update stuck for longer than 30 minutes at 0% of intel ME flashing.
The reason I'm updating bios is that DELL recommended it to me in my taskbar. Now I'm not sure how long should I wait 😕
