Dell Precision 7550 Bluetooth Headset vs Headphones Connection Issue
Hi,
I have an issue with a new set of bluetooth headphones and my Dell Precisions 7550 Workstation. I'm using 64 bit Windows 10, and have all the latest drivers installed. The headphones are Sennheiser Momentum 4, using Bluetooth 5.2. The headset actually connects to the computer without issue; the problem is that I should see two options to select from as an output devices - Headphones and Headset. Currently, my only output option is Headset. This works fine for phone calls, but does not work for music (16Hz vs 48Hz audio). I switch back and forth between meetings and music, so this is important to me. I do not have the same issue with connecting the same headphones to my phone or personal computer - just my work laptop. And the headphones have full functionality when I try plugging them in via USB-C - it's only a bluetooth issue.
Things I've tried include - factory reset of the headphones (twice), removing and re-adding bluetooth devices in the system's memory, deleting all other device connections for the headphones and turning off bluetooth on all previously remembered devices, rebooting computer, disabling/enabling realtek, deselecting the sennheiser headset as the input device to use the system mic array instead, turning on bluetooth system services in Windows Services. My company's IT department has spent 90min essentially trialing all the same things I've tried as well w/o success.
Help? Thanks!

Update = Dell agent assisted in updating multiple drivers which corrected the issue.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

My computer performed some automatic FW updates after a forced restart & now the issue has returned. Can you help me out again? I tried reinstalling the previously successful driver but had no success this time.
