Dell precision 5540 does not accept T2000 graphics card

Hello friends
I have a dell Precision 5540 computer with a T2000 graphics card.
I just reinstalled the operating system, but it does not recognize this graphics card, I have installed all the drivers for the computer, in the Manager device it does not recognize the T2000 graphics card.
Can anyone please help me with this problem.
thank you.

Has the GPU ever worked, or is this a new-to-you system?

And if it is known to have worked, was the need for an OS reinstall brought on by it ceasing to be detected?

If the system is known to have worked but the discrete GPU does not appear in the device manager, try a system reset:

Unplug, remove the base cover and hold the power button for 30 sec.  Restart and check again.

If you do not see both the integrated and discrete GPUs in the device manager, the nVidia GPU has failed.  Though you used the term "card", it is not a card -- it is a chip soldered to the system board.  The system board will need to be replaced.

it worked before I reinstalled the OS.
I have updated bios to the latest version, or reset bios to factory settings but it still doesn't work.
I also think it's possible it's broken.
