M4800 White screen after booting into windows

I am having an issue with my M4800 with a blank white screen showing up after the computer boots into windows. When I power on the computer I am able to see the black screen with the dell logo and when it boots into windows I am able to see the windows 10 login page. 

I have ran diagnostics and everything passed. 

When I hook the laptop up to a docking station or another external monitor those displays work perfectly fine but the lcd on the computer shows as a blank white screen. 

I have updated the video drivers and that didn't solve the issue. 

Computer has the AMD Firepro M5100 graphics card.
