I have a M7710.
I have a huge service records including 5 MOBO replacement, NVMA, Keyboard, Display,Videocard and so on spreaded across all the warranty time.
The local DELL refuse to rplace the computer with a working one even I asked this for several times.
Now I have experienced again another NVIDIA "missing" from my configuration after a instant blackout from my computer.
I think it is time from them to deliver a "working" computer this time.
