Precision 5520 battery is expanding / how to contact support not via phone
The trackpad of my precision 5520 started to get pushed out of the case. I checked the internet and it seems that this is an issue with the battery. I opened up my notebook and found that the battery is really expanding (so I removed it from the notebook to avoid any damage).
I tried to contact support, but I was only able to find a phone number (which is not working as we have Friday after business hours where I'm at).
Can I get a replacement battery? Will dell cover the costs even if my warranty has already expired?
