My M6600 stopped booting recently. The Dell splash screen comes up with a complete progress bar, then freezes. Holding the F12 key gives me the "Preparing one-time boot menu.." but no further progress; F2 does nothing. A bootable USB key does not light up; a bootable CD spins up but nothing else. I have unplugged the CMOS battery and discharged the system with no effect. I have reseated RAM and replaced RAM with no effect. What have I not done?
