Unresolved issue, no response after submitting dell form

Hello all,

I have a laptop that was under Pro Support here in the UK.  It had an issue, and support did not resolve it.  I submitted the unresolved issues form on dell's site a week or two ago, but haven't received any response.  Can someone suggest next steps please?
