004-332 Restart Printer on 3100cn

Before replacing the drum on this 3100cn, I blew out the stray toner with compressed air.  When the printer is turned on, its display says "Diagnosing", then "Please Wait", then "004-332 Restart Printer", then "Contact Support IfMessageReturns".  The  printer will give the same messages each time I cycle power.  I have read many posts related to this subject.  I do not see any broken or bent parts inside the printer.  I have removed and reseated each toner and the drum.  I continue to receive the previously mentioned messages.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link.  I tried all the suggestions but nothing resolved the problem.  I continue to get 004-332 Restart Printer.  The last option pointed to contacting tech support.  It is out of warranty so I will probably recycle it.
