Does anyone know the procedure to try and clear a 007-371 error for a
? I found nothing in the KB for this case. Saw something for a different printer but nothing for a

Do you know if you still have a warranty on the printer? Unfortunately, from I have come across, if resetting the printer by a power cycle off/on did not clear the error it sounds like it might need to be replaced.
I do not normally work on printers but thought I would let you know what I found.
