2130CN (BF9Q1G1) light print

In July I was having trouble with color printing, which I solved with a new PHD. For a couple of months, all was well. Then I replaced the black cartridge and the print became very faint. It's not the new cartridge itself, because I swapped it with yet another cartridge and the problem persisted. Is there any way to manually increase the print density.
