2335dn printer constantly asking users to download new drivers.
I have 3 networked 2335dn printers. They are installed on the network and set to discoverable. Recently all 3 machines have been asking people to update their drivers almost every time they use them. The printers will then work without issue but it bothers some people and scares the less technical.
Any suggestions of the cause of this? Solutions?

Another issue I just discovered is that the Scan to email function has stopped working. The only change made was to the size and the colour of the scans. I tested the mail server and it works fine. An answer or solution to either problem would be appreciated
