After servicing my computer, my IT left with a non-working Dell 3000cn laser printer behind.
I have followed all the steps outlined in the Dell Support document for unpluging, unhooking, turning on/off, restarting, etc., to no avail.
I have also used the Windows troubleshooter which says the problem is fixed, but it is not.
Now there is no error code but the printer and computer will not communicate. If I send a document to the printer I get the yellow triangle and have to manually remove the document from the queue.
The most recent posts on this problem are from 2005 and do not help me at all. Can someone out there help? This computer is my work horse and I can't live without it.
