3110 light spot on print reports (b&w)
Hello, When I any of the print reports ie: Printer Settings or Print Volume Report there is a light area towards the top of the page -about 3.5 inches in from the left. What should I look for or what action should I take?

Welcome to the community.
Please let me know if you checked the same using a different toner. And does it happens with both saved printouts and also online printouts as well.
If possible please check if the same happens in colour printouts as well. Please check the link below for your printer manual which has detailed steps for print quality issues:
