5350dn Printer Factory Reset

We have a Dell 5350dn laser printer.  It has a password on it that no one knows.  We need to do a hard reset to factory defaults so we can clear the password and reconfigure.  What would you suggest.

SCSTECHS,

Click the links below for information on resetting the printer to defaults. The second links is for a 5330 dn printer and may work as well for the 5350dn.

These suggestions did not help.  Suggestion 1 the 5350dn does not have a start and cancel button on the printer. We tried several combinations as substitutes but no success.  Suggestion 2 is assuming that the printer has not been locked out with a password.  Since we do not know the password we were unsuccessful.  Thanks for your help.

Probably it's too late to answer this question but I found the solution. In the motherboard of the printer, there is a padlock icon with 3 jumpers. Move the jumper cover to the left (leaving the right one jumper uncovered), this will unlock your printer and reset the printer to factory status. Turn on your printer and confirm is unlocked. Turn off the printer and move the jumpers to how they were before. Turn on your printer now printer is reset to factory default.
