962 printer not scanning
I can't get my Dell 962 printer to scan. It will make copies and print but nothing happens when it says it is scanning the document. What is wrong here?

Make and model of your computer and operating system is helpful.
You said you can copy a document, correct? If so, then it could be the printer is not installed correctly. Installation instructions can be found at...

Sounds like you need to install the OCR Program to scan a document to Word, etc...
