AIO 964 Major problems

My AIO 964 won't power off or on, none of the buttons work, there's no error message displayed. It just sits there and beeps at me repeatedly every 15 seconds or so. Tried powering it off and on, tried removing the power box at the back, tried removing and replacing ink cartridges. NOTHING WORKED! Help! Also tried uninstallling and reinstalling file from dell.com. Please, anyone?

You unplugged the printer from the wall, correct?

 

You unplugged the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the printer is getting.

 

You are using Dell Series 5 ink cartridges, correct?

 

Do you have paper in the tray or maybe a paper jam? Look where the paper leaves the tray for the little switch and see it's not stuck. Also open the ADF up and make sure paper is not stuck there.

 

The printer can work indepently on it's own, so this is not a driver issue, but might be if you get it working.
