B2375dfw LAN Card Not Working - Know Defect

My replacement printer's LAN card is not working. During a previous call, a Dell representative confirmed the cards are known to have potential defects.

The replacement printer might be 6 weeks old, but the original invoice (basis for return policy) is dated August.

Both printers replicated the same failure at approximately the same time period.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone (on ignore), only to speak with a pseudo-supervisor who said the product could not be returned; even though technical service and sales both agreed to a return.

I need support from someone who cares at Dell.
