Blue color bands in Dell 3115cn

I have a Dell 3115cn and it has been printing with blue bands that are getting progressively worse. I am sure I need it cleaned. I wouldn't mind trying myself or if I could be directed to someone who can do the cleaning, I would appreciate that also. I have attached an image as an example.
