C3765dnf - wont stop printing - I try to cancel print job on printer, but takes 30 minutes to delete - then another job shows up

The strangest thing happened on my C3765dnf printer.

I sent a PDF file to print 60 copies.

It was taking about 20 minutes for each copy to print out.  It continued to print more than 60 copies.

I finally cancelled the print job on my computer, however, my printer continues to want to print 1 page at a time (It seems as if the printer is viewing each single print as a separate job.)

I have been trying to delete the jobs on my printer. This takes 30 minutes to delete the job, and as soon as the job is deleted, then next SAME job comes up.

I've turned printer off, unplugged. Nothing helps.

This is tying up my printer so I can't do anything.

Help!!!!!
