Can't install Printer Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CP105b

I've tried to install printer into Inspiron One 2330, already downloaded the latest driver for the printer from Fuji Web, but it doesn't work. It comes up this message: "Installation to OS of use can not be performed".

Could anyone help me to solve this problem. Very much appreciate your help. Hien

hienpham,

Your computer...

Dell Inspiron One 2330, Windows 8, 64-bit

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove ant stuck print jobs from the queue. A stuck print job will remain there is the printer is uninstalled, then reinstalled and the problem will remain.

After you restart the computer, make sure the printer is not usb cable connected.

Hit the Windows and x keys at the same time, programs and features, Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CP105b, uninstall

Restart your computer. Make sure the printer was removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal

This gives you a clean start with installing the printer.

If the printer is a wireless printer, is it connected to your network?

If there are Windows 8 64-bit drivers available for this printer, try them from Fuji's website. If there are no Windows 8 drivers, try the Windows 7 64-bit(Windows 7 compatibility mode) drivers or the Vista 64 bit drivers (Vista SP2 compatibility mode) and install them in the Compatibility mode

If any of the installation of the drivers fails, you'll need to start with delete print jobs and come down to the manual printer driver removal to start over.

Remember virus programs and firewalls will block communications. If you did not install a virus program, then Windows Defender will be the default virus program and follow the instructions for Allow Printer past Microsoft Essentials to allow the printer past the firewall.

Using an ASUS but also have Fuki Docuprint CP105.

I downloaded the Windows 8 Driver (64bit)
http://onlinesupport.fujixerox.com/setupDriverForm.do?ctry_code=SG&lang_code=en&d_lang=en&pid=DPCP105

Saved that folder to my desktop then followed

Now works! So happy after trawling the internet for an answer for 4 hours.
Good luck!
