Cant send or receive faxes, using A920 all in one printer

I hope someone can help me.  I am having trouble sending faxes and receiving them.  I have been able to send faxes
in the past but for some reason I can't do it anymore.  I get attempt to send fax failed.  I get that same error when try
ing to receive a fax.  What can I do to fix this problem?

what fax software using are you using?msFAx or the BVRP software

whenever you try to send a fax, it should say on the blue bar on top if its say msfax..

I am not very computer savy.  How do I tell what fax software I am using?

Thats easy enough, it says fax monitor

hmmm...fax monitor..it seems that your using BVRP software...what you can do is contact dell support to have assistance on properly uninstalling the BVRP software that came together with your printer driver cd.
