Color stopped printing on Dell V313

Hello,

My V313 printer has simply STOPPED printing in color out of the blue, and reports no errors. Diagnostics state the color cartridge is half full, I even inserted a brand new one but alas still no color. I have tried cleaning the cartridges, cleaning the print head, reseating both, etc. etc. but nothing is working. I had Dell run a full diagnostic online and no errors were found. Please help! I've seen this question in the past and it looks like there are no resolutions. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
