Colour Printing GONE!
I have been using a Dell P513w without problems for over 2 years now, but all of a sudden like many other users the colour printing facility seems to have disappeared. At first I thought it was an 'old' cartridge, but I have replaced the cartridge....and paid for it of course....without any change. Looking online this seems to be a not uncommon problem! Can anyone solve this problem?

Hi colmryder,
Try cleaning the print head and check if it helps. Please find the printer manual link below for instructions.
